Terms and Conditions for Gamicon by Bajaj Electronics

Event Information

• Event Name: Gamicon by Bajaj Electronics
• Dates: 27th & 28th July 2024
• Venue: Nexus Hyderabad Mall, Kukatpally, Hyderabad

General Terms

1. Admission:
   • Admission is open to all ages. However, children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
   • Entry to the event requires registration. Registration must be done in advance via website or at the venue (subject to availability).
   • Registration is free and open to all.
2. Code of Conduct:
   • All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
   • Attendees must comply with all instructions from event staff and security personnel.
3. Photography and Videography:
   • By attending Gamicon, you consent to being photographed and recorded by event organizers for promotional purposes.
   • Personal photography and videography are permitted; however, professional equipment is not allowed without prior approval from the organizers.
4. Health and Safety:
   • In case of an emergency, follow the instructions given by the event staff and security personnel.
5. Liability:
   • Bajaj Electronics and Nexus Hyderabad Mall are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees or their property during the event.
   • Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings.
6. Changes to the Event:
   • The event schedule and activities are subject to change without prior notice. The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the event as necessary.
   • In case of event cancellation, registered members will be notified via email/phone.
7. Prohibited Items:
   • The following items are prohibited at the event: illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, and any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by event security.
8. Game rules/regulations:
   • Winners will be decided based on knockout format.
   • Participants are not allowed to bring their own consoles & have to play with the consoles provided by the Gamicon team with standard settings.
   • Game master/cosplay judge decision will be final.
   • Players advancing to the next round should be available in/around the arena & will be called not more than twice. If not reported on time, participant will be disqualified.
   • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
   • Gift tax as applicable to be borne by the winner.

Acceptance of Terms

By attending Gamicon by Bajaj Electronics, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
